The Manifestation Blueprint: How I Created and Achieved My Vision for the Year

This year, I was determined to make it a truly great one. Since the pandemic, my years have been… interesting. Looking back, I realized I hadn’t had a year that I could genuinely say I was happy with. But 2024 has been my favorite year since 2019, and I consider that a huge win.

On New Year’s Eve 2023, I sat down with a clear focus on what I wanted for myself. I outlined my goals and created a vision board that truly reflected my dreams and priorities. Now, as I look back at the list I wrote in my notes app, about 85% of what I set out to achieve has become my reality.

I believe this simple process can work for anyone, so I felt the need to share because it really is amazing to look back at, so I def recommend taking some time to think about your goals this way! Whether you’re dreaming big or focusing on small, meaningful changes, this method can help you turn your goals into action for the year ahead.

How I Manifest My Goals:

Create a Vision board:

1. Sort your goals into categories: The first step is breaking down the areas of your life you’d like to focus on. For 2024, I created these categories, but you can obviously focus on whatever is relevant to your life:

  • Relationships

  • Physical and Mental Health

  • Financial Goals

  • Career Aspirations

  • Personal Development

  • Home Improvement

2. Dive Deeper with Subcategories: Within each main category, narrow your focus by adding subcategories. For example, under Relationships, you might include “Building deeper connections” or “Dating with intention.” Under Physical and Mental Health, it could be “Establishing a fitness routine” or “Practicing mindfulness daily.”

3. Visualize with Pictures and Affirmations: Next, I find images on Pinterest, quotes, and affirmations that represent my goals. Whether it’s a photo of a dream travel destination, an inspiring quote about success, or a snapshot of an organized workspace, every piece resonates with the life I want to create. I use canva to create my vision board and set it as my background on my laptop and iPad so I can see it reguarly.

Set Specific Goals:

Writing down your goals for the year is a great way to manifest, however, last year I took it a step further after seeing this activity on TikTok. I take my top 10 goals for the year and write them out in present tense, imagining it’s December 31 of the following year and I’ve already achieved them. The key is to get specific and include every detail, as if I’m already living the reality.

For example, one of my 2024 goals was to get a car. I really wanted a Prius, so I wrote:

"I drive a Prius and love that it is a cost-effective car that gets me from point A to point B."

By writing my goals this way, I train my mind to believe they’re already mine, which helps me align my actions and energy toward making them happen.

I hope you take some time to pause, reflect on 2024, and dream big for the year ahead! Setting intentions for the new year is such a rewarding way to start fresh and focus on what truly matters. I’m already so excited to create my 2025 vision board and see what this next chapter has in store for me and Louis V. Happy New Year! Xo
